Your proposal is very familiar to us. In business since 2005, we have installed in the order of 140,000 video systems in buses, police cars and taxis. Our solutions cover all functional requirements presented. We offer on site service inspections through the life of the product, online and on-site training, an RMA program. We are a full-service company with locations in New York, Georgia, California and Ontario, Canada.

Customer service is available during normal business hours. Our onboard solutions are easy to maintain, generally by your service staff and supported by our Atlanta based support center. We will recommend a twice a year on site maintenance service plan. Training is provided by dedicated training staff.  

At the end of the day, we will serve you well with purpose-built hardware and software made in North America. Our designs are our own with no adaption of third-party solutions.  

Our DVR has all the communications tools [GPS, CELL, WIFI] that you may use now or in the future, built in. No second and third ‘boxes.’ When you reach a time when you want to activate a feature requiring such technology, we will simply turn it on. Titan can easily serve your future expansion needs.  

Storage is an important element of the solution that requires your examination.
